Wedding Package FAQs

Are travel fees included?
- If venue location is within 100 miles of photographer (Rocky Mount, NC), there will be no travel fees. However if venue is more than 100 miles from photographer (requiring travel arrangements), then travel fees will be 58.5 cents per mile.
How many pictures come with the complimentary session?
- This session will be 1 hour. There will be 15-20 images included for these sessions.
Do you charge travel fees for the complimentary session?
- No
Do you provide retouching on all images?
- Retouching is provided on the “photographer’s favorites” album. Retouching on additional images can be completed upon request. Retouching includes teeth whitening, skin smoothing and removal of blemishes. Spirit Photography NC does not provide heavy retouching such as body part editing aka “sliming” effects.
How do you accept payment?
- Payment will be accepted via credit/debit card only. Merchant services include PayPal and Clover.
Do you require a deposit?
- Yes, 25% of the total balance of the wedding package is due at the time of booking.
Do you set up in-person meetings with your clients before the wedding?
- The photographer and client will schedule meetings via Google Meet for most of the interactions. Clients have the option of meeting in-person per request.
What happens if I have questions about the contract?
- The photographer will schedule a Google Meet meeting to address the client’s concerns.
What is the image delivery time?
- 2-4 weeks for all wedding packages; depending on the type of package.
